Around South Miami, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across Florida are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (305) 667-1191. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, osmiami.com.

South Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and South Miami follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr. Pedroletti is the real deal. Five hours after removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth, I feel better than I did before the procedure. Truly outstanding care. His staff was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole experience.

Dr. Fred is absolutely outstanding. He removed my upper wisdom tooth in just 3 minutes—something I’ve never seen before. His precision was incredible. I had no post-operative issues at all: no inflammation, no pain, nothing. Truly unbelievable. I highly, highly recommend him. He is simply off the charts. I also want to mention the staff—everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely sweet. You really feel like you’re in the best hands from start to finish. Thank you so much, Dr. Fred

I hate dentist or anyone getting close to touching my mouth. But let me tell you. This doctor had to be one of the best if not the best doctor I have ever dealt with. The world definitely needs more people like this man. He talks to you like a human being, not a number or stat. His staff is amazing, from the moment you walk through the front door, to the moment you leave, everyone treats you like royalty. Thank you guys you were truly the best
